The hotel is clean overall. The room and bathroom were clean and neat. It’s an older place and pretty basic. The price was great. It’s across the road from Shady Lady which was perfect for my purpose.

I stayed for taking an exam. A small CVS and several restaurants locate in the same building. If you are a big fan of hamburgers, McDonald is also placed right across the road.

The rooms are ok and this has been the hotel I go to on my business trips that require overnight stay in Guam. It is convenient--has a convenient store that opens late, dining options nearby, ATM across the street and laundromat located at the back. I just hope the hotel will have their own washing machines or laundry service, pick up and drop off at airport, and maybe elevator for second floor. But overall it is great for overnight stay and I will come back!
