“The property and staff were great. The nightly rate was a bit expensive and didn't include breakfast. I didn't notice this at the time of booking, so my mistake. Would have been a good price if included breakfast.”

Although a parking address was provided, it was not clearly stated that there is no on-site parking and that the car park is located approximately 100 metres away. As I had a sprained foot and multiple pieces of luggage, this was very inconvenient. If it had been clearly stated that parking is off-site, I would have reconsidered booking. The car park also does not allow in-and-out access. Each exit……

“Unfortunately, the soundproofing in the room was very poor. I could clearly hear people talking and doors slamming in the hallway around 2-3 a.m., which made it difficult to sleep. I could also hear footsteps and movement from the room above. If you're a light sleeper, this might be an issue. Everything else is fine.”
