“Our reservation was mixed up and the hotel and/or Expedia could not respond within 72 hours which unfortunately was when we needed to be checking in and off on our weekend events. We ended up staying at a nearby hotel because the hotel was full. They did not want to commit to refunding our money even though there was no room available to stay at. We spent two nights in another hotel and have been home for a day and an half and still waiting for a response regarding our reservation mixup.”

“It took us almost 1/2 to get checked in and into our room. We tried 9 different keys and none of them worked. The person that checked us in came and at least let us in. It took him another 1/2 to figure out he was putting in the wrong number. The bed was uncomfortable, needs brighter light bulbs, inside toilet bowl was gross, and had crumbs on the TV dresser. Also when we went to use the pullout bed, there was crumbs on the mattress while I was making the bed. The sofa bed was very……
