“It’s a mixed bag! The facility is remarkable, room was very comfortable! However 3 of the 4 nights we stayed the room was not made up! Had to call each day to get service. The dinners and staff were top notch in the restaurant and bar. However the opposite was true for breakfast, service very slow and food was poor. Only 6 tables with customers, the table next to us, left!”

“Everything is so wonderful and the family enjoy the stay so much. The only complain is probably the bed is kind of aged and too soft such that we all felt a little bit shoulder pain after waked up in the morning. By the way, the resort's Fireside restaurant is strongly recommended for future guests. The view, atmosphere, service, and the food are all excellent. ”
