Potential....
This property has so much potential. Unfortunately it is not there yet. The property manager was awesome with responding to the different issues including a malfunctioning water heater and the property not being cleaned at all. Sheets were stained, garbage left from previous guests, floors filthy. Hopefully they owner puts the TLC into this home and takes the guest experience more seriously.

Steer clear of this place
Dirty, floors, rugs, bugs, wild animals around hot tub.
Driveway flooded with at least 4-6 inches deep, low cars would flood. Beautiful new refrigerator, but not connected to water source, so no ice or cold water, in hot July. Beer cap and other debris found around house on floors. Hot water went out, we think on the second night of 5 day stay. Took all day for maintenance to come, after 5, stayed till 8:30, no hot water all day, Didn’t make any suggestion of where to go, move, check out. Evolve doesn’t want to refund full amount. Sent multiple pictures of most of problems, even ground hog. Stated only one step into property, there were 4, no handrail, very dangerous for a 72 year old with handicap to even crawl into house. Agile 12 stated how dangerous stairs were.
Hot water was not going to get fixed until the day of departure, checked into hotel and our own expense.
Ruined all the activities we had planned for our family.
Communication was hit and miss.
Has the potential to be a proper site, so much ordinary maintenance to be done, furnace vents rusted, need to be replaced. Rugs in bathroom and kitchen down right nasty dirty and stained. So upsetting, first vacation in 5 years.

Nice - but not very clean
The hot tub was nice but took several hours to warm up -
Internet was not working had to call the property mgr
Lot of ants in activity room - kinda cheap old pool table and foosball table -
Spend a lot of time swatting flies - likely killed 20 plus during our trip
Bugs kinda turned my wife view of the stay in a negative light . Made us think something was rotting in the house - too bad because lots of potential to be better than average

House was clean inside but not outside.
Bushes to front door needs to be trimmed to be able to walk on sidewalk, trees scrapped on bedroom windows at night. Front door closet door was broken
Trash can in garage was full and stunk we no room for our trash.

Beautiful location , just a few suggestions
We had a fabulous time at your property. The yard is beautiful. We enjoyed walking and seeing the neighbor's animals. It is very peaceful and a great location for visiting our college age daughter. Loved the hot tub!!
We do have a few suggestions to make this stay even more awesome
1. An operations manual to work all the appliances: washer, dryer, stove and ice maker ( which we never figured out).
2. Be a little more clear on what supplies you have available.
We ended up purchasing can opener, wine opener, spaghetti strainer, measuring cups and spoons, and salad bowl. All of these items except for the wine opener we left for the next guests to use.
3. Some things to consider to add for guests - hand mixer, cookie sheets , a grill, more eating/ serving utensils , tea kettle, kitchen washcloths, bathroom hand towels, pot holders, can liners for bathroom trash and better toilet paper. Better quality toilet paper. A broom, dust pan and mop are also suggested. These items would make a stay much nicer and easier on the cleaning people.
4. We absolutely loved your television selections. Since it rained part of the day, we enjoyed a couple of movies. We do suggest additional seating.
5. The outside trash bin was full when we got here. Perhaps consider an additional trash receptacle.
6. It rained quite a bit during our stay. The driveway does flood. It was not an issue for us, however those guests driving lower vehicles may have an issue.
