“No soap in shower”

“Nice, clean hotel.”

“Avoid this place at all costs. Sleep in the car if you must. The front desk representative was not helpful. I did not even check into the property. He was asking me to pay again, even though I had a receipt that showed I pre-paid...and he was not asking me to pay "incidentals". He was asking for the same rate that was previously debited from my account. He claimed "it says pay at property" but would not show me where it said that. The property was dark, dirty and appeared unkept. Also, seemed……

“The place was very rundown and dirty. They had one vending machine. We wanted to get water and that was out of order. We were very disappointed in our stay 🙈 also the breakfast area was very messy”

“The WiFi did not work at all! Even though they give you a password we could never connect because it said “no internet”. The rooms are not clean at all. There were other peoples hairs on the toilet and around the base of the floor…DISGUSTING. The soap dispensers were not filled; we had to call and they never came: they said to text with any issues and they never returned the texts. The breakfast is nothing to stay for. They need to update the hotel.”

“Way too many issues, remote control couldn't lower the volume, front desk clerk was as helpful as he could be BUT please make sure everything works before putting customer in a room. Light between beds waa broken or bad bulb. Walls very thin neighbor had their tv on ALL NIGHT into the morning. Bed, pillows and towels were the softest. Property could definitely use a gut job & complete remodel.”

“I would not recommend this hotel. I am from out of town and the pictures are not a true representation of what the hotel looked like. There were people outside all night drinking and playing load music. There was also a very sketchy person that literally stood next to our door for 4 hours and talked on his phone. I will never come back here.”

“The breakfast is amazing the staff is amazing, especially the manager, Teresa. Clean rooms, and just all around amazing”

“The room had a mildew smell if you put the AC past 70 degrees. My last night there, I opened the sofa bed up and found that one side of the couch seat was covered in bodily fluids. There was stains on the curtain. I ran out of shampoo after one use. The lighting was terrible and half the lights didn’t work. The breakfast was terrible! I almost face planted at the pool deck near the black table because of a wood board being loose.”

“The check in was fast. The room was clean. My only complaint was breakfast was only served from 7am-9am . Not a big selection.”
