The hotel is great. The rooms very clean. Staff very friendly. breakfast was awesome, especially the oatmeal….. I was a little disappointed that it was a little longer of a walk to downtown…it was more like 4 blocks than 3. With two handicap people it was a long walk…..

Clean room. Safe off street parking. Convenient to Del Ray "downtown" area. Not so close to the beaches (20 minute walk). Normal continental breakfast offerings. Fresh coffee. Spacious eating area. Staff was always friendly.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and the experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and genuine kindness from the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made me feel comfortable and valued throughout my stay. The atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and inviting, and it was clear that the team truly cares about their guests’ experience. Whether it was at check-in, during my stay, or when I needed assistance, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable experience. The Hampton Inn in Delray is a great option for our out of town guests and visitors. Great location, always clean, beds are comfortable and staff is very nice. Would highly recommend.

The property is fairly new so it’s very clean and everything works. The hotel was sold out so the staff was very busy and apparently they don’t have enough towels when they are sold out. Our room was cleaned on the 2nd day of our 3 day stay and there weren’t any towels when we returned that evening. We called down and they said we were on the list. (The list doesn’t help you dry off when you get out of the shower) We grabbed 2 towels from the really small pool and took a shower. When we returned that night after dinner, still no towels??? I went the next morning to the front desk and they only had one clean towel, which I took. On my way back to the room the maids cart was in the aisle and of course there were towels on it. I grabbed another one. We’d probably stay here again when in the area but they sure need to stock up on some towels.

Breakfast was just ok. Eggs were always runny. I know it's not a restaurant but I have had better breakfasts at other hotels. Pool was also ok. Small deck around pool only allowed for a small number of seating area. Cushions were very moldy. You could see that the area itself was just not well attended to. Staff was ok. Never did more than what was asked of them. Did not really seem to care whether you were there or not. Our room was cleaned always at the most inconvenient time (around 4:30) which is not a great time if you are trying to take a shower and get ready for the evening. The hotel itself is in a good location. Very walkable but overall, it was really just a meh kind of stay.
