Great but AC not below 69

Everything was great. Host very accessible she checked in with us daily via text. Only negative was the AC was not allowed to go below 69 degrees. So if you like your house cold this is not the house for you.

The perfect vacation rental!

The property has everything we need! We really enjoy our stay. The kids had so much fun with the mini golf and the pool. Also it’s the perfect location.

Great place, walking distance to plenty of restaurants, bars, and beach, everything you can think of was there, excellent property very convenient, I highly recommend. Great layout as well, 2 family rooms on opposite ends of the house, bathroom by pool. Very easy code access to house, great visit, Thank you!

This is our new spot anytime we go to visit family in Delray Beach if it’s available! Plenty of space, pool and hot tub were amazing! Our contact for Maven rentals communicated more effectively than I’ve seen ever before with a VRBO. Super kind, easy transaction, Everything is as advertised and more! I highly recommend if you’re going to Delray Beach check this place out you will not be disappointed!!!! Wonderful hidden paradise!

If you’re looking for a little hidden paradise- look no more! This home has everything - from the amazing pool- perfect hot tub- and the cutest putting green! Their linen, bedding, and towels were high end hotel quality! The property manager checked in daily with us to make sure our stay was going well. I will definitely book again!

Better than expected! True to the listing and more. My wife, (kids 13,12,8) and I had a nice time visiting and after out most of the time enjoyed coming home to the immaculate home, beautiful kitchen and enough room to sit and talk. The tile and wood floors were beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely weekend getaway

My mom friends and I were absolutely delighted to call this adorable vacation rental our “Mom-cation” sanctuary for the weekend. This place had everything we needed to feel cozy and comfortable during our stay. The owner of the property, Lelia, was very communicative and helpful. The pool/hot tub was glorious, the beds were comfortable and overall space was just adorable. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint and the “Ave” is a little less than 1 mile away. It was an enjoyable weekend and we really couldn’t ask for a better place to stay.

Delray Beach house.

This house is in a very nice neighborhood, very close to Atlantic Ave, the Main Street in Delray There are Many very cute shops and restaurants. Cecelia is the house manager and was incredibly responsive and very nice. Our door lock malfunction and Cecelia had it fixed immediately. The house was very clean. A huge plus for me. The pool is small but other than that it was a great time.

Truly A Home Away From Home

Places to sit outside all around the property was amazing! Great location. Loved the fact we could park our car in the garage. The garage is very well stocked with anything you’d need for the beach. Inside the house was beautiful! The kitchen had several items that we use at home (most places we have stayed didn’t have these items). I felt like I was in my own kitchen. Also nice features we didn’t have that was cool to use. The beds and rooms were cozy for sleeping. The back family room was perfect to chill in with our kiddo. The master shower is amazing! The bathroom located at the back close to the pool was very handy. The pool and hot tub were awesome! Everything worked great the whole time. Gorgeous back yard view. Beautiful trees and bushes. The three hole mini golf was definitely one of our favorite parts. Our young son loved the activities, as did we. Maven has done a wonderful job with this rental! Thank you so much!

Great home!

Home was great. Very clean and had everything we needed. Cecilia was amazing. She checked in with us daily and made sure we knew she was available if we needed anything. I provided feedback on something minor and within the hour Cecilia handled it and went above and beyond. She is part of the reason our stay was so great. The home is close to Atlantic Avenue and many amazing places to eat. We also used the freebie one time and it was so easy and convenient. We loved that they had beach towels and beach chairs and used them daily. Highly recommend this home!

Great location and accommodations

We were in town to visit one of my best friends who had a baby and lives near the area. We had a great time! We enjoyed riding the Freebee cart downtown and walking down Atlantic, looking in shops and eating great food! The beach is always fantastic! We really appreciated having an umbrella, toys and beach chairs there since we had to fly down and we’re not able to bring those things with us! I was very impressed with the amount of dishes and that there was plastic and glass because having a toddler use glass is not a good idea! There was a great amount of the dishes also, so I did not feel like I had to wash very often as the last thing I would want to do on a vacation would be more house work!

Does what it says on the tin!

Overall the property met a good standard. There were plent of kitchen utensils to meet all needs, would have been nice to have some more of the basics but generally all was good The house and bedding were clean and good standard. Plenty TV's but poor WIFI facilities prevented hooking up screen shares from portables as they kept dropping out all the time Lets not forget that this house is very close to the railway line and you frequently here very large trains rumbling past for minutes at a time. You kinda get used to it after a while but when outside it can be loud. Pool area and spa were great, it is no more than a plunge pool though but welcome in the baking heat. A few loose tiles around pool area. Sun-beds looked very worn and uninviting. Plenty pool and beach towels and equipment was great to have Overall I would recommend this property for its location to Atlantic Avenue etc. Dont quite need so many negative signs about rules and fines etc. Yes and one message to vacate by 10 would have been sufficient. All in all a decent rental.

Spacious and cozy - close to everything that’s happening and enjoyable!

Second time we’ve stayed here; last time was 3 years ago. Since that time the property is sporting a putting green; we enjoyed it immensely. Pool was used every day and typically 2-3x a day. We didn’t notice until the end that you can change the pool light colors, but that didn’t stop us from enjoying the pool (and spa). Most of the space is tiled; which we enjoyed. And having a bathroom close to the pool is a plus. We walked to the Ave and the beach several times and only once got caught by the rain. Thanks for having beach chairs! Parking was not a problem. We had only two vehicles (Bronco’s) and had plenty of room in the driveway and no problem parking one at times in the garage. We enjoyed every inch of space. The living room was cozy for small talk; the kitchen table for goodies (thank you for the snacks; we even brought some); and the outdoor seating facing the fate provided shelter from the rain while allowing us to catch up on some reading. The laundry room worked great for our needs and the kitchen had all the basics covered. For you who like to barbecue, there’s a grill in the pool area. If it works out for us again, we’ll be booking this “home” again.

Golf getaway

The property was perfect and we had a great time,great kitchen with full utensils and a fun outdoor area with the pool and hot tub,within walking distance to Atlantic ave for all your nightlife needs,our host was very easy to communicate with and I hope to be back here again very soon
