「Had to park across busy highway. Front door opens right into bed. Many things were rusted behind normal for the beach. The actual view from the patio is stairs with people walking up and down feet away. Stain on carpet that was not visible in picture because it has a table in the pic. Patio had mop and dirty sock, along with an inch of dirt and sand swept into corner. We just grabbed our stuff and went elsewhere.」

「We enjoyed our weekend as there are not a lot of places that allow 2 nite rentals. The beach was nice. While the Unit was fine the building is VERY worn. Missing siding etc. Loud parties by the pool. No parking near the building and one nite no parking at all. Had to park at another condo.」

「We loved our stay at this property! We would suggest this rental to anyone, without any reservation. The owners thought of everything! The property is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly need to have a wonderful vacation! It’s steps from the ocean! The pools and club house were lovely!! 「We had a wonderful trip. The condo was nice but there are a few things that need to be known. Condo is under construction. This is an older building. They are working on redoing everything. There is no balcony access right not. Also you only get one parking pass. We were not told this and had two cars with no where to park one without worrying about it getting towed. 「The only positive thing about this property is its proximity to the beach. Unfortunately, everything else was a major disappointment. The listing advertised 1.5 bedrooms, but in reality, there was barely one. Instructions were unclear, and we didn’t even know how to properly lock the door, which left us feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. The kitchen was poorly equipped—yes, there was a microwave, but there were no basic items to actually heat or prepare meals.We’ve used VRBO many times before...
