Favorite

We've stayed at four different cabins in Glacier (3 in Snowline; one in Glacier Springs) and this is our favorite. The Snowline Community has such a friendly/relaxing vibe. The feature of this cabin that stands out is a large deck high up w/ a gorgeous view. The rental process is straightforward, the cabin is clean, hot tube is new. We use as a base for one week of hiking. There's a new restaurant (Gunners BBQ) which is great along w/ Chair Nine and I think Graham's is open. Wake and Bakery every morning. WiFi worked well. Like all these small loft style cabins, there's steep stairs up so be aware of that. All but one of the beds are upstairs and no bathroom up there. We had no issue with that. Love the place and we give it our highest recommendation

Mount Baker getaway

The outside deck is a great space. Loved the hot tub. The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet and a lovely place to stay. The decision of the HOA to not allow guests to use the pool, tennis courts, playground, etc was off-putting and not advertised when we signed up for the house rental. Location is great for going on day hikes.

It was nice.

It was a great cabin if your looking for older style cabins. (Very old style plumbing/ showers), no dishwasher which was a downside for us. It was definitely equipped with all necessary utensils and cooking items which was helpful. The hot tub was great. I think they do a really great job of trying to make it perfect for family’s and such with lots of games and a wii. The cabin is still 30 minutes away from mt. Baker which I understand is normal for the area but that wasn’t stated at all in ad (we are from Canada and don’t know the area so this was quite a surprise for us), they should include driving times as it’s stated as “mt. Baker cabin”. When I read the reviews as 5/5 star cabin and what we paid for it for the weekend I definitely expected a bit more. We dropped a phone below the couch and all my family was traumatized to reach down and retrieve it from what we saw under the couch. Otherwise I would say there is definitely positives but also negatives. Depends on what your taste is.

Cozy Cabin

Nice cabin in a quiet gated community. Close to town and the mountain. Accommodated 6 friends and didn't feel crowded. Would stay again.

Family fun close to Baker

We had a wonderful time at this cozy cabin! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed (make sure to bring your own condiments and spices!), we enjoyed the hot tub, and we were so happy the dogs could come along. A quick drive up to Mt. Baker for some fun in the snow, delicious dinner at Chair 9, movies and games for entertainment, beautiful fireplace, and I especially loved waking up to a wall of windows looking out into the trees. Mt. Baker Lodging was great to work with, they accommodated a changed of dates without charging extra, they made everything easy!

our new favorite

This is the third different cabin we have rented in Glacier for a hiking oriented weeklong stay, and it is our favorite (and we loved the other ones, so it is a high bar). The huge deck, high up off the ground because the house is built up on a slope was where we spent most of our time. Comfy beds. It was clean, as advertised, and check-in/out easy. Wifii/Hot Tub/Grill all worked. Above average privacy. Sadly, Heliotrope/Yuki Yama/Tasty Freeze/Maple Falls food truck have all closed. Chair 9/Wake and Bakery for food. New mexican restaurant opening in old Yuki Yama site. Can't wait to return.

Perfect quick getaway

Our small group of friends found this property with very short notice. The property manager was quick and helpful at every turn, and the cabin was better than expected. We will definitely be back!

Natures Treasure

Such a great location. Feels so remote. The mountains are so close. Mt Baker ski area with Mt Shuksan bigger than life in front of you. We enjoyed the quiet and solitude of the area. Would lime to visit in the summer time

Everything we needed!

We had a great time at this cabin. Plenty of space for our family and the home was well equipped with everything we needed. We spent two days skiing at Mt. Baker, lots of time on the playground, tennis courts, basketball court, hiked Horseshoe bend trail, made smores on the campfire, and spent lots of time in the hot tub. Thank you - it was a much needed and enjoyed getaway!

Glacier Cabin

This was a great cabin for our family of 4 and dog. It was comfortable, clean, had a great deck with propane heaters, fire pit, and hot tub for relaxing after skiing Mt. Baker. We look forward to staying again!

Nice cabin, near chair 9 and easy to find. Like the wood burning stove, internet was pretty good - trying to do work in the morning before hitting the slopes. King sized bed upstairs, very comfortable.

Great cabin with easy access to the Mt Baker forest

This is a great little cabin in the Snowline community. Beautiful large deck with glimpses of Church mtn through the trees. Kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, utensils. Beds were super comfy (admittedly made it hard to get up to ski in the morning...). Cozy first floor sitting areas made even cozier by the wood stove. Short walk over to Chair 9 for post-adventure pizza and beers. We’re already planning a few more trips up to this area and will definitely stay in this cabin again if it’s available.

Mountain Getaway, Fresh Pow

The property is as it is described. The kitchen was well stocked, nothing too fancy but had everything we needed for a few days of meals. If you are not familiar with the area; a few small stores and restaurants in town, but most importantly Mt. Baker skiing. We got fresh snow, could not ask for more. Hot tub was a welcoming end to the day. Wood stove kept the cabin nice and warm.

Winter Wonderland Getaway

The cabin had plenty of room four our family of four and pup. We had one day of skiing and one day of hiking a river trail located very close to the cabin. Lots of reading, eating, playing games and watching movies. The best way to say goodbye to a challenging year and hello to 2021!

I thought it would be more private, but the front porch is very close to neighbors and it’s very close to other properties. The bar that covers the hot tub only allows one side of the cover to be opened and that was very uncomfortable, practically unusable. The power was out for a fallen tree for over 12 hours which is essentially a day when staying from (1600-1100), no one’s fault, but I was still charged for that day. Lots of children in the area at all times and closer to the highway than expected. I even had the pleasure of hearing people cut wood all weekend. I realize these are small inconveniences, but for a vacation rental, I expected more vacation amenities.

Lovely Getaway

We had a wonderful time at the cabin and already are considering plans to go back. The cabin was so cozy and we had everything we needed to cook full meals each day. We also enjoyed walking around the grounds, and there was easy access to the trails. Highly recommend this location!
