The few things we had suggested last year actually has been done-above and beyond our hope. We suggested window ac units upstairs and found a great ac system installed. Perfect!

The only thing I would add would be an outdoor clothes rack to hang wet bathing suits and beach towels. The view of the Marsh and beach was lovely. Hope to stay again .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house has a expansive, beautiful view of swan lake, marsh and beachfront. There is access to a private beach via a footpath. It is also next-door to Swan River Seafood, which is a delicious convenience. The house is very well stocked with all the essentials. The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable, however the upstairs mattress and upstairs bathroom need upgrading.
