"We loved staying in this home. It was clean, cozy and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The beach was so close and we enjoyed the fire-pit at night. We were so close to other attractions in the area. The inflatable water park was only 20 minutes away. Plymouth was 40 minutes away ( visited shops and the Mayflower ship and had a delicious lunch at Mama Mia’s. We visited Boston and walked the Freedom trail and saw so much History, Boston Tea Party was a great tour. Also went to another...

"Location was perfect. Close to the beach and dining but private enough to just relax. Having a Dunkin Donuts near by for coffee was a plus."

"The host was very helpful and friendly and got right back to me on questions. The space was small but very clean and had everything I needed as a single guest with one dog. The bed was quite comfortable too. As a woman traveling alone, my only issues were with the isolation of the area in the off-season (there were coyotes outside at night), and I would have liked to have had a more secure bolt lock and less see-through blinds."

"We had a great time at this house, even though it was the off-season (March) with cold/windy/rainy weather. We cooked, played games, walked, hiked, and rode the bikes. The house is an easy/short walk to the beach and into town. An easy two miles up the street is the Cape Cod Rail Trail. We were three, but the house easily accommodates a family of five with two bedrooms on the first floor and two twin beds in the attic bedroom."

"This is a large place with a great deal of potential but requires some updates for the cost. Some additional storage and work space in the kitchen is necessary and available - it is a huge kitchen! Be aware that only the bedrooms are air-conditioned, which is fine if it stays under 85 but not so much when it is not. The property management was VERY response to our inquiries. It was a very clean place. The extra on property cottage is a great feature for some privacy and quiet with a large group."

"So many great things about this property! Comfy beds (might want your own pillows though because they were pretty stiff), very clean and the house’s design is an awesome open space to gather. Second 1/2 bath, central air and dishwasher were great bonuses! We were sad the outdoor shower was not enclosed because we love being about to shower outdoors in the Cape. Owner and property manager are excellent with communication!"

"What a gorgeous home on a nice, quiet lane. Terrific local and Cape Cod theming and fully appointed with everything you could ask for. We enjoyed a lovely home cooked bbq meal one night and it was the perfect setting for it. Nice central location in the Cape to get to all tourist areas. This one is a real gem. Thank you!"

"The check in instructions for openning the door using the keypad were not accurate. We had to contact vrbo to get a physical key from the lockbox. Please make sure the keypad instructions are relevant to the currently installed keypad brand. We had an issue with the bathroom and contacted vrbo. It took 5hrs to send over maintenance. The house needs some updating especially in the kitchen. It would be great to install washer/dryer. The blankets were not washed. Thankfully I am from MA and I...

"The house was perfect for dogs. The beach and new steps to the beach were very nice. Lovely view. The house and property need some TLC. Lawn chairs were rusted and one plastic one was cracked, chipping paint, broken window blinds, toys and debris scattered in yard and caught on bushes. The outdoor torches on ground are all broken and non-working. I know it is early in the season and I picked up as much as I could reach.
