「We felt like we were far away from everything but in 5 minutes by car we were at a shopping center and great restaurants. The boathouse loft was well appointed with everything we needed. The owner was welcoming to us and our dog. Amazing view of Swan Pond, a beautiful little salt water estuary we kayaked & paddle-boarded on. Easy access to multiple town beaches & the national seashore beaches! Loved our week-long stay & will be back. 」

Communication with the host was excellent—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.The only small issue we had was with the front door—it stuck a bit and took some effort to open. 「This place was adorable! Smaller than I expected but plenty of room for myself, boyfriend, and dog. The location was great, Beach was not walkable but it’s right down the street from several great restaurants. Would definitely stay again. 」

「The outside is very run down, the screen door is falling apart and the front door sticks so much that you can barely close it. The kitchen and bath are very dated but functional. The old refrigerator works, but the freezer needs a defrost. The deck is old and in need of a replacement, property is behind a busy parking lot, so the deck is not private. However... The Jib is very clean, there are plenty of towels& pillows-soft and firm. The shower pressure is good, indoors and outdoors. They...
