“Very cute & clean studio size cottage with private patio in Dennis Port! Location is wonderful as you have plenty of beaches, restaurants, and shops within walking or very short driving distance. The cottage was the perfect size for my boyfriend & I. The property owner Neill was always easily available to communicate with & we were allowed to check-in early which was great!! Overall, a perfect cottage & great stay for the two of us! ”

“We felt like we were far away from everything but in 5 minutes by car we were at a shopping center and great restaurants. The boathouse loft was well appointed with everything we needed. The owner was welcoming to us and our dog. Amazing view of Swan Pond, a beautiful little salt water estuary we kayaked & paddle-boarded on. Easy access to multiple town beaches & the national seashore beaches! Loved our week-long stay & will be back. ”

“The property was just perfect! It was a girls' trip for 2 of us. The condo was set up perfectly so we each had our own space. We picked up groceries and had mimosas and bagels on the balcony over looking the ocean every morning. We went out exploring during the day and ate charcuterie and wine on the balcony every night. We were able to watch the fireworks from our balcony on the 4th of July. We also watched movies when we got home in the evening and it was great that we could access……

“We enjoyed our stay at this 2BR cottage. It was immaculately clean and updated. Beds and towels were comparable to a 5 star hotel. Very homey and cozy. Our only suggestion would be to have small trash cans/bin in the 2 bedrooms. Overall, a great experience. We would stay here again.”

“Check in and parking was easy and the condo felt very spacious even for our family of 5. The AC worked great even in the August heat! This location can’t be beat. Beautiful views and beach just steps away and plenty of restaurants and shops 5 mins from the condo. The neighborhood was also great for morning walks. Loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with odds and ends- seriously anything you could possibly need- and cleaning supplies and paper goods were readily available. The only downside……

“The outside is very run down, the screen door is falling apart and the front door sticks so much that you can barely close it. The kitchen and bath are very dated but functional. The old refrigerator works, but the freezer needs a defrost. The deck is old and in need of a replacement, property is behind a busy parking lot, so the deck is not private. However... The Jib is very clean, there are plenty of towels& pillows-soft and firm. The shower pressure is good, indoors and outdoors. They……
