"Clean room, bed was ok, the airport shuttle need to call to pick you up at airport, vans are old and worn down, had a handicapped person in wheel chair, no vans are handicap accessible, the step is very high big trouble to handle that with my handicapped daughter, everything else was ok, the staff is friendly and old hotel but works."

"Wendy at the bar was great. The gentleman that checked me in was too. I can’t remember his name. The room was clean and spacious, but could use a little more updating in the bathroom and a better refrigerator. The toilet was old and sat very low, the walls needed some repair, and the shower door did not close all the way. The water it was near was great, there was plenty of parking, and it was a nice quiet property. "

"Popcorn on check in. No cookie was presented, rare for a double tree. Staff is not super kind behind the scenes. The room is good. The spacious lobby was good. They didnt pay attention to details — the soccer posters were outdated. I didn’t feel very welcomed. The staff questioned me multiple times. There was on checkout no issue. This day, but the next day was bad."

"Buen hotel, pero falta claridad sobre su ubicación real y cómo llegar desde el aeropuerto Todo estuvo muy bien durante nuestra estancia. El hotel es cómodo, limpio, el personal atento y la habitación cumplió con nuestras expectativas. La ubicación cerca del aeropuerto es conveniente para vuelos tempranos o conexiones, y valoramos las facilidades para familias. Sin embargo, hay un punto importante que mejorar en la información que se proporciona: el hotel NO está dentro del aeropuerto, como uno podría asumir por el nombre “Hyatt Regency Dallas Airport”. Al llegar en nuestro vuelo desde Atlanta, no encontramos indicaciones claras y terminamos caminando aproximadamente 30 minutos con todas las maletas y nuestro hijo de 6 años bajo un calor muy fuerte, especialmente por las remodelaciones que había en el aeropuerto en ese momento. Fue bastante agotador. Recomiendo que Expedia y el hotel den instrucciones más claras y visibles en la página de reserva y en las confirmaciones: • Cómo llegar (shuttle, SkyLink, salida exacta, tiempo estimado caminando, etc.) Con esa información clara, la experiencia habría sido excelente de principio a fin. Aun así, volveríamos a quedarnos, pero ojalá mejoren esta parte para que otros viajeros, especialmente familias con niños o personas con mucho equipaje, no pasen lo mismo."
