“Room was clean, not bad at all for one night and the price”

“Staff smoked on a non smoking property but I did ask the ladies to move and they did the guy at the front desk was smoking right at front door and trash was left daily on the floors by the elevators it wasn’t one day that trash wasn’t outside of the trash can. Also they are trip hazards by the outside sitting area closer to the part where you can see the vineyard.”

“Such a charming hotel, centrally located in downtown. We stayed for 5 nights. Everyone was super friendly! Breakfast was good, the same variety every day, and the buffet was always replenished. The lounge/tables/restaurant area is beautiful. There are 2 things I would like to see as improvements to make this hotel even better: 1) set up a coffee station in the lobby that goes beyond breakfast hours, maybe until 4pm, especially on weekends. 2) the frosted bathroom door—pretty but very……

“We stayed in an accessible room. The carpet was very shabby and had large stains. The shower curtain did not contain the water when one took a shower and the floor was covered in water. Staff claimed that it couldn't be helped because of wheel chair access. This room, did not have wheelchair access, just the grab bars around the tub!”

“Legitimately the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Toilets leaking and falling off the walls, shower heads as well. Pool completely closed off. This hotel is a total dump.”

“The front desk clerk was very friendly. Our room was ok but the air conditioner was very loud and the tv was broken. I reported it when we checked out because we didn’t want to move to another room. We skipped breakfast and just had coffee.”

“It's always a pleasure staying here! I do not have anything negative to say about this motel! One of the only affordable ones in High Point. Sobi, the owner, is kind and compassionate and is a genuine, respectable and upstanding woman of character! The front desk agents and housekeeper are always efficient and friendly. But don't come here thinking you can come here acting any kind of way! Rules are at the front desk and hard to miss unless you intentionally choose to ignore those. You won't……
