"This hotel needs more sound proofing. We stayed here for 2 nights for my daughters volleyball tournament. On the second night the room next to us kept us up all night. We called the front desk once to complain but nothing was done so we didn't bother calling again. We ended up oversleeping the next morning and were late for the tournament. At check out the employee at the front desk asked how our stay was. I informed him of the noise issue the night before and he actually confessed that it was him in the room next door to us keeping us up all night. He informed us that the hotel had given him a room for the night to celebrate his birthday. I couldn't believe it, no wonder nothing wàs done following our phone call complaint. I"ll never stay there again."

"We had an amazing stay at the Best Western Plus Intercourse Village Inn & Suites—truly a 10/10 experience and we would absolutely stay here again! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Check-in was quick and easy, and everyone we encountered during our stay was friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The beds were great and everything felt fresh and well maintained. It was also very quiet at night, which made it easy to relax after a full day exploring Lancaster County. One of our favorite parts of the hotel was the beautiful indoor pool area. It was very clean and well cared for, and it was such a nice place to unwind. You can tell the hotel takes pride in keeping the property in excellent condition. Breakfast in the morning was another highlight. There were plenty of options and everything was well stocked, making it a perfect start to the day. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Amish Country and close to shops, markets, and great restaurants, yet still peaceful and relaxing. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Clean, comfortable, great amenities, wonderful staff, and a perfect location. We highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the Lancaster / Intercourse area!"

"Our stay usually here is a great time, but this time it was not so great. Check-in was easy and staff was very friendly. Our room was fine and as normal (great). Everything was fine until around 10-12am. As my husband and I were getting settled in bed, we heard lots of running around and noise from the floor above us. I brushed it off and was able to soon fall asleep, until about 11/11:30pm. My husband and I were abruptly woken up due to someone either kicking or banging on our door. My husband got up and checked the hallway, and no one was there but we could hear giggles in the area. I got dressed and walked out the hallway and yelled down at some teenagers in the hall who stated they didn’t know who did that. Whatever. We got back in bed and tried to fall asleep but every noise after that we were listening to and not being able to sleep. I can get past a little teenage fun. But not at 11:30pm at night. I decided not to go to guest services because there’s not much I thought they would do. Hoping next time our stay was not as bad as this one. Otherwise we love this hotel. "
