“Old hotel in need of renovation. The first room they put me in was stuffy and smelly and right next to service elevator (even after I asked for quiet room). I asked for new room. Manager was very nice and accommodated my request. Breakfast was average at best.”

“ room did not have a number on the door as they were remodeling the 4th floor. had to use key to find the room. Reservations had us in two rooms even thought one room was cancelled in March. Was charged for two rooms so not happy about that. I had even called the billing department 3 weeks ago and was told I would only have to pay for one room. I am out the $177 charged for second room that was cancelled in March.”

“I’ve stayed here approximately 6 to 8 times in the last few years and I’ve never been disappointed. The staff is always helpful and super friendly, the rooms are very clean and updated, and it’s a great location. ”

“An excellent stately building with spacious rooms, a great pool & workout area, fabulous breakfast, excellent laundry room, and truly wonderful staff who really care about helping guests. We love it and have been back several times this year as our grandson was playing junior hockey in Minnesota near Plymouth. GREAT restaurants around and in Maple Grove as well.”

“Room was clean bed was comfy bathroom ceiling was flaking and needs a little love and the pot holes just about totalled my car but overall great hotel”

“The staff were waiting and had everything ready for our late arrival. The room was clean and room temp was easy to control. The bathroom was clean and in good condition. The breakfast was basic but most places don't offer it at all anymore. We weren't there for very long but had no issues.”

“Room was filthy, had mold, strong mildew smell made me sick, & housekeeping clean. Had to clean shower, countertops, drawers, & tabletops myself. Stains and spatter on walls, baseboards, chair, recliner, ottoman, mini-fridge cabinet & light switches. Front desk staff didn't care, acted like I was being difficult. Was made so sick by mold infestation in room I couldn't function for days. Housekeeping entered my room hourly when I booked a late check out, waking me up after a night of insomnia.……

“Absolute gem of a hotel! I’ve enjoyed staying on two separate occasions and throughly enjoyed the quality amenities and friendly staff. I’m not going to go into details but there was a rather major mishap/inconvenience on our first stay and I debated bringing it up to management but before I had a chance they let me know they would be covering our entire stay. Lovely view great management and a cozy relaxing atmosphere I hope to enjoy again soon! I’m tempted to write a bad review just to help……

“Everything about our stay went well, though I/family were frustrated when staying x2 weekend in a row and not either time was there yogurt to start the day or was it refilled either weekend during breakfast. Bummer when that is all the toddler wanted both times. Good hotel and good price other than that part!”
