"The hotel room and entire top floor was incredibly hot which is not nice in hot weather, this wouldn’t have been a problem if the air conditioning wasn’t broken on the entire top floor. There was also no way to change the temperature of the water in the shower so that was also very hot and it gave off a strange smell when used. Hotel lift was also broken the entire weekend and being on the third floor and no staff offering to help in a 4 star hotel seems a bit of a let down"

Probably lingering in the sofa bed. My company laptop and mobile wouldn't accept the Marston's WiFi so I had to toggle from my personal phone. Nearby M&S was perfect as I didn't want to dine in the pub."
