The staff here are very polite and professional. The rooms look a bit tired and the bath plug has not even got a chain??? It's the second time on a visit that we have mentioned this issue. The meter on top of the heater keeps showing that the windows were open but of course they were not. The TV in the room was very difficult to turn off and when searching for a programme the tv jumped 2 channels at a time. That is basic stuff that should be regularly checked. Because there were so many of these silly issues we didn't complain because the staff were all working at pace across the tables and the bar. Why is there only 1 bedside table??????? Our only complaint at breakfast was that for some odd reason you have stopped using teapots and in it's place you provide tiny cups, that in our opinion is poorly thought out. You should either bring back teapots or at least offer mugs. I'd question why you don't provide saucers with your cups, it's good etiquette.
