Fantastic little studio with everything that you need. Great location and very clean. The manager greeted us and was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Perfectly located in Main St, it was easy to walk to Evolution for my bike or grab a pizza and a beer. Studio is large and clean. It was only a bit awkward when using the laundry which is in a shed in the apartment’s garden as there were a couple of families staying there. I would stay there again if I come back.

Great location, perfect place for a couple. Everything that you needed with amenities. Easy check in process. Toaster didn't toast properly, powerpoints in bike shed didn't work. Overall a great place to stay in Derby. Thanks for a lovely stay.

The apartment overall is great awesome bathroom, very clean and kitchen too is nice. and so too are the owners. However a couple of things that made my stay not a pleasant as it could have been. The place does not have a screen door, extremely annoying as I spent much time fighting blowflies. also once the front door is closed you are locked out from the outside world. The windows don't open and no screens on them. Bike storage is actually a little far for this apartment as access is via next door property and into the vicinity of the rear apartment which feels kind of intrusive when they are all out the back. I actually never used it. One thing the owners should prepare potential renters it that there is a workshop above the apartment. I still did have a great time.

The postmaster is right in town near the trails head, bike stores and cafes, great location. The unit is a great size to start and end your days of riding. Awesome!!

Came for a day of mountain biking. It was great.

This apartment is small but the space is well planned and very comfortable. The little kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom has heated tiles.The bed is comfortable. All the little details have been thought out down to the beautiful throws and towels. I was happy to spend time here while my partner was off mountain biking. The apartment is close to some walking trails and several cafes.
