"Great location. Parking space on car park to the rear. Spotlessly clean. William the receptionist / caretaker was excellent. Has everything you need. However, it sells itself as a luxury apartment and it doesn’t live up to it. Eg. In the bedroom there is only one bedside table and lamp. On one corner of the bed there is only six inches in which to get past. The wardrobe is not great quality and the sliding door comes of it’s rail easily. "A very pleasing stay the only downside was the 4 flight's of stairs to get to the room. The toilet seat was loose and a few things in the rooms needing improving like the kitchen lino that wasn't laid properly but above all a nice hotel with great views of Douglas Harbour."

"This property was stunning! My husband and I and his 2 sisters were on the Isle of Man to see our daughter perform with her school orchestra. The home was perfect for us. Having 2 separate bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor and a primary suite with bath on the 3rd floor gave us all the privacy we needed. "We found the property spacious and well equipped. The view was amazing and we enjoyed watching boats come and go as well as the trams. Lovely pub down the road in the Terminus Tavern. We felt that the publicity photo of the house was a bit misleading in that it hides the very busy road that goes right part the front door of the house. This was loud and made access very difficult particularly with a young child. But overall it was a nice house and we enjoyed our stay."

"Very overpriced. We were traveling with a group of 7 so we booked 2 exact apartments in the same building. Vrbo charged me more than our friends paid. They booked through Expedia. I will never use Vrbo again. The owner then charged me more money when we arrived, after the final online payment was made. He stated we didn’t pay for enough people, The apt sleep 7 we had 3 ppl in ours. Explain that? Pictures online were from another much nicer location (catfished). Very unclean. Cheap furniture...
