「Very nice clean hotel 」

「The staff at the check in desk were so very helpful with arranging rooms closer together for my friend and I. They did it all with great humor. They answered all our questions about Uber, restaurants near the Civic Center, and helped me get signed into WiFi. The room was so spacious and clean and the bathroom was huge. One suggestion I have is to put grab bars in the shower, especially for those of us who aren’t as agile as we used to be. 」

「A older property but clean and comfortable. I like the free breakfast in the morning. Above average compared to hotel at the same level. Staff was friendly. The hotel is in a great location to downtown Des Moines.」

「This place is amazing. I’ve never stayed in a place quite like this. I got one of the cottage themed rooms and it was amazing. It was extremely comfortable (except for the pillows but it’s rare to get good pillows in a hotel). It was so spacious it felt like the room kept going. The room I booked had a fireplace which helped my wife stay warm even though I was hot and she was cold. The shower had good room and pressure. The woman who checked me in was very friendly and informative. I don’t know...
