不满意：清洁度
Old food in the fridge like a hamburger in a to go container and expired eggs. Used towel still hanging in the shower rod and garbage in the can so didn’t know if that bathroom ever got cleaned. Kitchen counter by coffee pot had dried coffee all over the counter. The entire upstairs floor squeaks with every step so everyone woke up anytime someone got up. Same with the neighbors floors in the duplex. 3 bathrooms but only 2 hand towels in the whole house and had to search for toilet paper. I paid a cleaning fee so I expect the place to be really clean before I arrive. I was very disappointed in this rental. I come to Ankeny 2-3 times a year and will never rent this place or a place owned by this person again.
