Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this downtown loft. We were close enough to walk to some classic Des Moines attractions: farmers market, Science Center, Wasabi Tao. The community room and exercise room were excellent! And our host was helpful and communicative. Perfect trip!

Great location and price!

Check in and out went smoothly, which was so appreciated since we arrived at 2 in the morning. It has an industrial feel, which we liked. The location was amazing and downtown parking was easy an inexpensive. The owner was easy to communicate with.

Weekend getaway with friends and family

Stayed in the downtown loft over St Patrick’s weekend and it was perfect. Perfect location and walking distance to everything downtown Des Moines. The host was great and answered any questions we had. Beautiful, accommodating apartment that had all that we needed. We will definitely be back in the future!

Close to Everything

Nice, well located loft right in the heart of downtown. If you're a novice and not familiar with downtown, you can walk outside. If your patient and walk to learn the skywalk system, you'll stay warm for miles.

Awesome!

We normally stick with hotels but thought being able to cook meals during our son's state championship would come in very handy. But after staying in this apt, I don't think I'll stay at a hotel anymore! It was very handy to cook every meal and for our son to have his own room for quality rest. Easy access to the connected skywalk. Easy check in / out instructions and the host was very quick to respond to any questions. We Plan to come back this summer when our kids will have another competition.

Cute modern place

It was a cute modern place. Definitely downtown vibe if you like that. It was Definitely different not being able to see out the windows but worked for the 2 days we were there. Laundry detergent was very strong on the towels and bed sheets... if you are sensitive to smells. Otherwise the place was clean and nicely decorated. Parking ramp was close to building and we used the sky ramp to walk over. There was a washer and dryer in the apartment. Nice sushi restaurant a couple blocks down.
