Located just 5 minutes from I-235, you’re situated perfectly between Downtown Des Moines and West Des Moines, in the highly-reputable Waveland neighborhood. Enjoy the Waveland golf course, nearby public tennis courts, Waveland cafe, La Mie Bakery, Simons 5-star restaurant, locally-famous Snookies Malt Shop, public waterpark “Tower Park Sprayground”, charming boutiques for shopping, and of course, the Des Moines Art Center.

Fantastic Stay
The place was absolutely perfect, very clean and on a quiet street. The only thing was the Internet wasn't really working nor could we get the TV to work, but it wasn't necessary for our stay. Just something I thought we would mention to have looked at!

Family friendly home
This house was perfect for our family. Along with having some baby proofing (outlet plugs and stair gates), they also had a pack n play and high chairs! Along with kids toys and more! Will definitely be our go-to VRBO when visiting family!
