“It’s a suitable apartment for family at a great situation with comfortable environment. However, as my check-in and the experience in my first day, I felt very uncomfortable because I met a young lady at the counter with bad service and impolite attitude.”

“Initially the room that we received was on the ground floor with view of parking lot. I booked the condo with pool views. The front desk did change rooms for us but definitely not how advertised. I also found the condo very poorly stocked. Location was very good for the price. We could walk to downtown but it would be about 25 minutes however anything closer seemed to be a lot more money. Pool area was nice and relaxing during the afternoon and hot sun. There are plenty of restaurants walking……

“The gated community was quiet and well maintained. It felt safe as there was 24 hour guard at the front gate. The main pool was really nice although there were some parts that felt a bit run down (cracked tiles, old dirty lounge cushions). Overall it was clean and spacious. Plenty of cabanas and lounge chairs with umbrellas. We forgot our pool float one night and it was there at the lost and found the next day when we went searching for it.
