Location was great, right on the beach! View was beautiful and the pools are really nice. There was an elevator right outside of the condo which was convenient. Condo had everything we needed for cooking breakfast or dinner. Furniture was comfortable. I recommend this condo!

Perfect family vacation

Nice 2 bedroom 2 bath condo perfect for a quiet family vacation. Balcony doesn’t actually face the ocean, more on the side of the building so a little hard to enjoy the view. Condo was clean and beds very comfortable.

Conveniently located next to an elevator (although it was out of order at the time) luckily the stairs were right there as well and a great alternative. lots of storage space and we loved using the balcony. the pools and easy beach access were lovely and the pelican cafe food was actually really good. we would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed this property and had a great time! This was our first trip to the Destin region. The condo was very clean & we really enjoyed having the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler to take our stay up a notch. The elevator next to the unit was out of order half the stay but we didnt mind taking the stairs.

The property was nice. It was clean and had quite a bit of items for dishes, pots, pans and bakeware/bowls. Could have used some pot holders to be able to take things out of the oven. It was fine to use the kitchen towel but if we would have used the oven more we would have contacted the property owner.

Highly recommended l. Cannot fault it at all

We stayed a total of 3 weeks at this property which at the end felt like home away from home. At first sight, it may look very simple, minimalistic and a typical rental condo however everything was well thought out. The kitchen is extremely well equipped (and I cook :). The management head-Yavuz- is very responsive and professional. We made him aware that there were no hangers in the closets and in no time new ones were delivered (with a chocolate box which added a nice touch). The facility is great although it was off season but it was well maintained. Location is prime! We r looking forward to coming again and staying in the same property next year. Thank you Yavuz!

Trip to Florida for wedding

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our winter stay at Pelican Beach resort. The view from the condo was spectacular! The resort is right on the Gulf, and we had fun walking the beach. The host was great with communication and though we didn't need anything, he was very responsive to texts. This condo's location to parking, an elevator, and the indoor/outdoor pool was unparalleled. Though our stay was during the winter, this condo is close to some of the most popular attractions in Destin. Many restaurants close by, several in walking distance. Both bedrooms had their own bath in this condo, which was a plus. The king-sized bed (Gulf view room) was really comfy, but the queen bed was low to the floor and the mattress dipped in the middle. The kitchen was nice and well supplied. It was great having a washer and dryer in the unit, especially for pool and hot tub towels. We would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment - Stressful Beach situation

Loved the accommodations. Would recommend the Condo to anyone. Kids loved it. However, we were unable to rent chairs on the first row of the beach. In fact, we were only available to rent on the fifth or further back. We could not see our kids in the ocean from there. When we went further to just sit at the edge of the beach, security would not let us stay there. we could not let our kids play in the ocean while we sat on the side of the beach. Would not recommend it simply because of that. Great For kid-free people
