Loved the location, fantastic front porch. Enjoyed sitting there so did the dogs. The kitchen is small but very workable. Most important, wonderful memories with our grandchildren. Priceless and for that I say thank you.

Good things first - nice big front porch and location close to lots of shopping and restaurants, very handy. Nice separation of bedrooms. Crystal Beach was nice since you can walk a long way out in the ocean to knee deep. House needs all furniture updated, the beds and couches were horribly uncomfortable and the entire decor is outdated. Only very basic kitchen items provided and in not great shape. Kitchen is hard to use for more than one person. We were told pool heating was an option closer to our arrival (and we needed it due to weather) but then we’re told it was not available. So did not even use pool and it’s tiny anyway so that was a big disappointment. No hand rails on stairs to house and dangerous for older people, also dangerous tubs which have a giant tall tub to step over and no handrails. Have stayed in lots of vacation rentals and this is one of the worst. Owners need to redo and update and put some money into this to improve, including firmer beds and furniture, those pillow-basedcouches get lumpy and terrible too quickly. Our bodies hurt every day from sitting and or sleeping on bad furniture and mattresses.

Cute beach house very close to the beach, needs a little updating but other than that it was wonderful and the management company was very responsive and easy to get in touch with and help with all our questions

The property was great. A few maintenance mishaps. Refrigerator dis not function properly. Did not keep our food cool and had to toss out a lot of food. The management company had it checked out twice and then gave us a loaner refrigerator and reimbursed us for some of our food loss. They were quick to respond during this holiday week.

We had a nice stay!

House was very clean and cute. AC worked well in August. Pool and backyard were a good little break from the beach. Neighborhood was quaint and very family friendly. Because kitchen is small, it’s easier to eat out than to cook large dinners there. I really had a wonderful stay. Check-in was a breeze as well.

Great Stay

This was a great house for our stay. We love the location as it is super close to the beach, you can go one way and use the Crystal Beach access or go the other way and use the Hutchison access. We were a little disappointed there wasn't any beach chairs or wagon available for use. This is the first house we've rented that didn't have those available.

Just What We Needed

This is a great little house in a great neighborhood. Short walk to the beach. It could use a little maintenance as some aspects are showing their age (broken chair poolside, towel rack missing, porch ceiling fan rusted out, lamp not working) and some of the decorating was a bit silly and random, but overall this place is exactly what we were looking for. It was clean and had lots of different places to hang out for its size. Front porch was great for evenings after days on the beach.

Caribbean Breeze has it all! We enjoyed the pool, the quick walk to the beach, the cheery and comfortable interior but mostly the front porch with old glory waving in the breeze. Nice neighbor Scott was an unexpected bonus! Easy check in and great service from Newman-Dailey.

Perfect getaway!

This cottage was perfectly located and was adorable! The listing didnt do it justice as it was clean and spacious. The pool was a great addition and made staying in so fun. Everything was perfect with the exception of no frying pan and no propane in the grill.
