Perfect Location

The house was wonderful. The location could not have been better. The layout of the house allowed for everyone to have privacy. Great water pressure and showers. Access to beach is private and not over crowded. Truly a great rental!

Great place to stay! So close to the beach - right across the street. The townhouse was very clean, there were plenty of dishes, etc and the beds were comfortable. Walking distance to a few good restaurants was a plus too! Sandos Beachside Cafe & Bar has great sandwiches and Kenny D's has a great menu too (key lime pie)! We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here in May and loved it so much we came back. The best part is how close we were to the beach. The unit wasn’t as clean as before and the decor could use some updating but overall a great place with a great view and super easy access to the beach.

Best Location!!

Wow!! We loved everything about this place. Gorgeous view of the gulf and within steps to the beach. Customer service was on point, received a call and text midway thru the vacation to check in to be sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood is gorgeous with beautiful homes/rentals all around. I can’t say enough good words about this place. We will definitely be back again.

Review

Location & property was great! The gate to the beach access was a pain!! The dryer took forever to dry anything & always had to start it multiple times. Also, nowhere to wash your feet before entering the house from a day at the beach! Other than that the property was great! I would definitely book again!

Convenient and fun

We enjoyed our stay, but parking was a little bit of a nuisance because the tenants before us took home the parking passes. I’d say in the future it’d be better if the tenants had a picture of what the passes should look like, but each time that I called property management they were helpful and kind so it really wasn’t bad. We would stay here again for sure! Also, it would be nice if the beach access or the house had an outdoor shower or water hose to hose the sand and chairs down but again, not the end of world and not enough to deter us from staying again.
