The property was exactly like the listing. It was clean, in a great neighborhood and location. Very relaxing, peaceful and quiet. We had a great time, there was more we wanted to do but there just is not enough time. I would recommend your accommodations to anyone!

The overall accessibility, from the ocean to shopping and entertainment, nice neighborhood. The stairs were rough but only because of a bad knee. The entertainment room had a musty smell and didn't cool down well along with a broken frame to the pull out bed but it worked out well as everyone slept on floors 2 and 3 just fine. Would definitely stay again!

Nice family spot for vacation getaway

The place was perfect for what we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was nice and clean with plenty of space for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teenagers). The photos was exactly what we expected to see with a 5 minute walk to the beach. Mathew and Sarah were awesome with communication and answered any questions we had. Thank you!

Dest Zen is the perfect location in Destin assessable to everything you want to do while you visit!

The townhome is extremely clean!!!!! In the closets, underneath beds, no corner is forgotten, allowing you to feel very comfortable. The space is ample,!providing guests with multiple places to sleep where no area would feel overcrowded. The bbq is a wonderful way to spend the afternoons returning from the beautiful private beach just down the road while you fish off the dock taking in the view. Publix supermarket is about a 1-2 min drive along with several other options for dining. You are also close to Destin Harbor where many of Destin’s water sports and other excursions are offered. The neighborhood is safe and beautifully landscaped. I would definitely stay here again!!!!!

Very cozy yet versatile

We were on vacation in south Florida and on the spur of the moment decided to drive up to Destin to hang out at some of our favorite places for a few days. We looked online for a place and finally settled on this one. We were absolutely delighted with the entire process. The request, purchase, approval, and authorization process operated at near real time. Very efficient! We were thrilled with the location: close to our stomping grounds but secluded enough to be quiet when we needed some rest. Every possible accessory and accoutrement necessary for a fun evening on location were available. Want a waffle? Waffle maker. Fresh orange juice? Juicer. Totally convenient. The rooms upstairs were very nice. The washer and dryer are on the first level so they could run while we slept. Cannot recommend it enough. We will very definitely be coming back in the future. Thanks guys!

Great Place

'dest-Zen was awesome. The owners nailed everything. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. Everything seemed to be explained well and they answered any questions we had. Having access to the beach a short walk away was perfect. We used it a lot. Also were able to catch a water taxi to anywhere in the Harbor. Highly recommend 'dest-Zen!
