Room was accommodating and had nice amenities. Would recommend cleaning air ducts and scrubbing floors. Floors left our feet and socks slightly dirty and air system left a musty smell in the unit.

Great Getaway Spot- minus the ants

Perfect for a weekend getaway in the off season. Location was great. Apartment was well stocked and looked like the photos. Quiet neighborhood. Only downfalls were the ants in the dining/living room area. The floor was not clean. We had to sweep up the sand, crumbs and other debris throughout the apartment. It also had a lingering dog smell.. All issues that can be fixed.

first time trip to the destin area.

pretty new to VRBO and we had a few questions that were immediately answered . our check in and out process was simple, all our needs were met with the stay. the location was very central for us, allowing us to spend time playing rather than driving all around. we rented a boat from destiny water adventures, and were treated very well there too. great first visit, and the next trip will not be far behind.
