Welcome to Sundancer! Step inside this newly built 6 bedroom luxury home and experience a vacation like no other! Extremely high end finishes and sweeping lake front views will leave you with memories like none before and wanting to return time after time. Being located in the private and prestigious gated community of Destiny East provides security and peace of mind while still being easily accessible to the beach and all the fun Destin has to offer!
The space
Just a 5 minute walk onto the sand or take the complimentary golf cart and get there in under a minute!
Destiny East has amenities that include use of the $4 million dollar community center Club Destiny in the development is included. Activities include a seasonally-heated large pool, hot tub, cooking pavilion, huge children's playground, clubhouse, putting green, exercise room, basketball hoop/tennis courts, and a 25-seat enclosed movie theater where you can watch your own movies!. Plus, the kids can spend an afternoon fishing in the 22 acre Lake Destiny. Enjoy this beautiful Destin Florida vacation home as a delightful respite after a long day at the beach.
There's so many special areas to get stunning photographs utilizing the lake and sunsets as your backdrop! A gigantic resort style backyard with private heated pool make this one of the most unique homes on the emerald coast. We want our guests to feel safe and secure, knowing that we are doing our part to ensure your health & safety!

Each Home is Supplied with Premium SoJo Amenities: 1 Roll of Toilet Paper per Bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 2 Dish Pods, 1 Liquid Dish Soap, 2 Laundry Pods, 2 Trash Bags per Trash Can in the Bathrooms and Kitchen, 1 Pack of Kitchen Wipes. Each Bathroom Has 1 of Each: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Salts, Soap Massage Bar, Makeup Wipe, Hand Soap Bar.
Things to bring: Laundry Detergent, Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, Shampoo and Body Wash, Extra Trash Bags, Extra Dishwasher Detergent Pods.
Weddings and large Events are NOT permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, Eviction, forfeiture of any money paid, and County and HOA fines may occur.
This is a NON-smoking property.
