This unit was everything promised. It was clean, comfortable, close to beach access, restaurants and shopping. Our stay was in February so the water taxi was not running. I am sure that would be a big plus for those who visit when it is because it will take you all around the bay. Maintenance (Henry) went above and beyond to make sure everything was as it should be. All of the staff was friendly and accommodating. The one draw back is, as others have stated, parking is problematic. That being said we had a wonderful time and Destin beaches are beautiful and the weather was everything we hoped for.

My family and I loved our stay it was so peaceful and the views in the mornings just wow. Location is close to everything in Destin and can’t beat the beach access. Would definitely go back again.

Although it was a little further walk to the beach than we expected, when we got there, it was awesome! The checkin information needs to be updated, prices were higher than stated (beach setups, water taxi) we enjoyed our stay!

Great vacation with family. The condo was in a great location for all our Destin activities. Especially appreciated the water taxi. As with everyone prior the only gotcha is the parking. Not an easy task to park in the garage. However everything else made it totally worth it!

Stayed here with my husband for our 3 year anniversary and we enjoyed our stay. 5 min walk to the beach. We enjoyed the bedroom/dining room balconies. Parking was very tight but we knew that from reading previous reviews. Will definitely come back!!!

My wife and I spent the weekend here for a staycation since were local and just wanted to spend the weekend in Destin. It’s an very Beautiful unit! Beautiful location! We had the perfect weekend. Truly enjoyed staying in this place! Very clean, bright, and beautiful. Zero complaints and most definitely will be back!

The place was cute and very clean. Had anything we needed. Only issue was the parking is not easy for any SUB’s. The garage is hard to get into if you have an SUV. Also the additional parking is right at the end with not much lead way. Besides thar, this place worked for us.

The home was pretty clean. It had most everything that we needed. The master bathtub was stopped up the first few days and wouldn’t drain, but I notified the management and they sent someone the next day to unstop it. It is about a half mile or so walk to the private beach, which was beautiful and hardly any people around. I would stay here again!

This is a gorgeous place! And throughly enjoyed the scenery and the beautiful home. The only thing I didn’t like was not enough kitchen utensils and pots and pan. Didn’t have much to make anything with otherwise was great!

The property was very clean and nicely decorated. We liked how the property didn't have the typical over-the-top beach theme. It was clean and calm. The best part of the property is the easy access to the water taxi. We didn't have a car and were able to go out each day for dinner without a problem. The taxi picked us up at the building. It was great!

The location was as advertised and pictured. Centrally located to most everything we wanted or needed. Easy walk to private access beach. Parking space was tight but we mastered it. 3rd floor bedrooms run warmer than 2nd floor common area but still able to be quite comfortable. Be aware for those that have difficulty with stairs. The staff was great and responsive. All in all, a wonderful trip for our family!

Very Nice place to stay. Everything was nice and clean. We were a bit surprised by it having 3 levels. But the view was a great scenic view of the harbor. We were able to take a water taxi to dinner. Beats driving. The only knock we have on this place is the parking. Someone parked in the spot next to us, which prevented us from coming in and out of our spot or garage. Very tight parking.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. It was very relaxing and just what we needed. Enjoyed being able to fish right when we woke up & go right on inside if we got too hot! Only thing that was kind of annoying was the parking. The parking spot for 12 was absolutely crazy - my car would not fit in the garage or the designated parking spot if someone parked in #15 next to us. We kept having to park in the visitor parking spot because our vehicle couldn’t fit when there was a car next to 12s spot. That’s the only complaint we had!!

Was not pleased with location, it was more than “just a few steps” from the beach, kitchen needed utensils, no ice maker, pull out bed in sofa has large sink hole, furniture had an odor and needed cleaning, parking was a nightmare (we scratched our NEW vehicle trying to navigate out of garage with other cars parked so close. Balconies had only chairs - no tables. The stairs became very tiresome after first day. I have to say that property management crew was A+. They even brought us ice! Sorry to say that we will not return.

Great location on the water and quick bike ride or walk to the private beach. The condo has great views of Destin Harbor where it is easy to get a water taxi or even get picked up for a fishing trip. The condo met our needs and we would stay again in the future. The management team was very responsive to our requests. We flew and did not have a car. The garage was convenient for storing the bikes we rented. You can ride a bike to the grocery store, a few restaurants, the beach, or take a water taxi to the other Destin restaurants. Great location! Only complaint is the kitchen is not stocked with any spices that we have found at every other place rented.
