Great location, fabulous beach with clear water and plenty of space. Staff was amazing and addresses the few issues we had immediately. We look forward to staying here again!

Great place for a mini family reunion/ birthday celebration- the location on the beach, view, 6 bedrooms were all amazing- Pool was a bit small but didn’t really affect us- everything else was perfect

Beautiful Location

This is an excellent location in terms of size of unit, proximity to beach etc. Great for our two families, with kids ages ranging 1-16. Washer/dryer might need to be updated- took very long time to dry clothes.

Beautiful view

The condo was perfect for our family. Location was perfect too, gorgeous view! Loved the included chair service (John was great!) Having an in house ice maker was so convenient! A couple of minor “complaints”; dryer takes 3 hours to dry anything so that was a bummer, made it really hard to reuse towels but front desk gave us extras which was very appreciated. Dishwasher did not work at all so we hand washed everything (not the end of the world). I would definitely stay here again & recommend to friends.

View and location were amazing!!

Condo was nice, spacious and accommodating. Parking was rough as there were very few spots left in the evenings and you have to park underneath the building with limited space. Just a heads up…. You definitely do not want to park an SUV there because it’s pretty tight. I absolutely loved the fact that we had six beach chairs and umbrellas available for us. We love not having to rent them! That was a huge plus and the chair guy “ John” is an absolute riot. He’s full of information about the area and had us laughing daily.

Outdated & dirty

We stayed in the penthouse suite with a party of 12 (9 adults and 3 kids). The floors were filthy upon walking in. There was still sand left from the previous renters. Counters in the kitchen and bathroom could also have used a good cleaning. Dryer almost caught on fire when we were drying our clothes. Def needs replacement. The glass coffee table is also broken and comes apart easily. Balcony floor was sticky and gross. For a “penthouse” suite we expected more. It’s was equivalent to staying at a motel 8.

McNeill family fall break

Everything went very well. Had a great time. Only thing was there were no blow dryers. Always an amenity everywhere else we have ever been. Otherwise very nice.
