Great location and condo

Condo was clean and had everything we needed for a stress free trip. Had good views of the ocean. Way better than staying in a hotel.

Great Vacation

We were really happy with our stay. The owner was quick to respond with any questions we had or slight issue we ran into. Overall, this is a really nice place, super convenient to the beach as well as local dining and activities. Our stay was a long weekend, but we certainly look forward to going back again!

Amazing views

Amazing views, we loved being able to see the town life & still have the beautiful ocean views. We could see the pool from the balcony & get down before it got busy. Master bed was very comfortable. Small welcome pack was wonderful as we arrived later in the night. Communication with the owner was easy with quick response time.

Nice condo and resort

Very clean, well equipped two bedroom condo. Great communication with owner. Beach is beautiful, but if you don't pay for beach service (umbrella and chairs) you are stuck sitting behind all four rows of those (pretty much the whole beach in Destin is set up this way). Overall it was a good time and enjoyable stay.

Pelican Beach condo

Pelican beach condo 1018 is a very nice , clean and comfortable condo in the Pelican beach complex. The owner communicates very well and responds quickly to any questions asked. The pools are very clean and well maintained and the view from the condo is excellent. The only negative comment would be that the elevator next to the condo was not working .
