Great house, great location!

We absolutely loved our stay here! It is a sweet little house in a nice neighborhood and the beach is a super close walk! There was plenty of sleeping space for our group that consisted of 3 families. The private pool is very nice, clean, and gated for safety. We also enjoyed the large tables for outdoor eating space and had most of our meals here. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated that there were plenty of pillows! You will need to bring or get necessities like salt/pepper, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap etc. as they only provide a 24 hour supply, but we knew this ahead of time and included those things in our Walmart delivery. If we ever return to Destin, we would definitely stay here again!

The house was clean and ready for us , very comfort beds, great location , it’s close from the beach, restaurants, the pool is great love the lights in the patio and from the balcony you can see the sunset 🌅. We stay one night but it was great to stay .

House was nice . Definitely bring all the essentials. They do have the kitchen supplies. Bring your beach towels. They should have the person checking for cleanliness before check in do a little better. Otherwise great stay. Bring bug spray for the pool area (mosquitoes and yellow flies).

The location was amazing; however, the house’s AC was not very effective and a few ceiling fans didn’t work so afternoons and nights became hot. Carpet is pretty worn down as well. Also, access to the beach was a short walk- BUT you cannot stay on the particle portion of that beach the access leads you to unless you pay $80-100 PER DAY for chairs/umbrellas. The walk to the public beach could be a factor. I just feel that extra expense should be known prior to booking.

Great getaway

We rented this house for 4 adults and 5 kids under 5 . It worked perfectly for us. The pool was crucial for the young kids, we spent most of our time in there. The upstairs space was great as well, nice to be able to separate a bit for little ones to nap. Very cute house, had all we needed!

My family and I had a great time staying here. The kids loved the pool and the short walking distance to the beach was excellent. We had a couple rainy days but we were within minutes of an arcade for the kids and nice restaurants. Overall this place is a great location and we will be back for another family vacation!

The whole trip was amazing! Check in and check out was so easy! Your literally just a short walk to the beach! They have umbrellas and chairs you can rent on the beach and the people there are so nice and helpful! The house was beautiful and spacious and the the people at Newman-Dailey Resort properties were so incredibly sweet! We had a last minute hiccup with our first house we booked and had to find a new house ASAP and this house was a perfect fit I would definitely Book this house again it exceeded my expectations and then some!

Great location but no basic household items

This house is absolutely adorable. Clean, cute, and beachy. I definitely don’t think 14 adults would work comfortably but it was fine for the 10 of us. It’s perfect with the pool and the (private) beach within walking distance. However, there were little to no basic everyday items in the house. Only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, no extra trash bags, no salt/pepper, etc. Thats the reason for staying in a house; the convenience of having household items. This one unfortunately did not and several trips were made to the grocery store multiple times a day. The saving grace was the pool and beach. Again, it’s a private beach so you have to walk to the public areas.

El proceso para el alquiler de esta propiedad fue muy fácil y muy atentos en nuestra llegada al lugar ( un dato personal la entrada a la playa es muy difícil el acceso porque todo es privado no encuentra dónde poner tus cosas nos corrieron de toda la playa que porque es propiedad de los apartamentos que están en frente y rentamos esta propiedad porque es muy serca de la playa pero no la disfrutamos tuvimos que ir a otro lado 🥺)

Perfect long weekend with family!

We loved the property, Good Times and Tan Lines! Perfect place for our family of 5 plus GiGi and Pop. Short walk to beach, pool was awesome, which allowed us to teach a little one how to swim without floaties! Fenced in front is also great for little ones. (grass would be a nice add at some point)but littles don’t know the difference. Priceless memories were had with family and we will be back for sure!

First off, we had a great time in this house with family and friends. Pros- pool, outdoor area, location to the beach, restaurants and shops. Bunk room and porches were amazing! Cons- They don’t provide beach towels, toys or chairs. The kitchen had plenty to cook with but had no salt and pepper...very basic. They didn’t even provide hand soap to wash your hands in the bathrooms. Bathrooms could use some updating. Other then that...we had no issues with the house.

The perfect beach house.

As a family with children and teenagers this house was just perfect. Everybody got their own space. We enjoyed the pool, and everything inside. The beach is literally across street, just a few steps.
