This condo was very comfortable and clean! The view from the balcony and living room is absolutely amazing! The property is very nice too. Easy parking, nice hot tub and pools, and easy access to the beautiful beach! Highly recommend! Can’t wait to go back!

We loved our stay. We appreciated the clear communication, and loved the location. Beautiful views, soft white sand and having our coffee on the balcony watching the dolphins play in the gulf.

Our stay in the Pelican Beach Resort on the 11th floor was a great choice.The unit was very clean and had all the amenities of home.The bed was very comfortable and the view of the Ocean is absolutely beautiful.It was spectacular watching the dolphins from the balcony.

The view was amazing! It was so nice to sit on the balcony and just listen to the waves crashing. Even caught dolphins swimming back and forth one morning. The condo was really nice and comfortable and had everything we needed for our quick getaway. Would definitely book again!

My family and I absolutely loved it. Very close proximity to Target and Walmart, restaurants and the water park which is walking distance from the Pelican. The resort is clean and accommodated our family very well! We will return again!!

There was construction during our stay Which made it noisy and dusty at times. The owner, however, responded immediately to any issues that were brought up. He really cared that our stay was enjoyable. The condo is beautifully decorated. Being able to watch the sunrise and the sunset was awesome.

The view from the condo is really gorgeous, and the overall setup of the place is functional and beachy. I would give the review 5 stars except for a few annoyances. First, we were told check-out was at 11 AM, but the cleaning people came at 10 AM and told us we had to leave and that we were wrong about the 11 Am check-out. We were hoping to enjoy the view and have coffee the last morning before leaving, but instead we had to hastily pack with the cleaning people right outside the door. Second, you can't walk barefoot -- most of the floor had sand or some other grainy particles on it, and one section of the bedroom floor was sticky. Third, there was one room that you couldn't enter but had the lights on, which made us wonder if someone was in there, which is kind of creepy. Finally, there were lots of noises from neighbors, mostly the upstairs neighbors -- but this isn't really a big deal because most rental places have that issue. If it were not for these issues, I would give 5 stars.
