Excellent rental

Group of 10 adult ladies, clean & comfortable beds, plenty of towels which some places don’t provide. Plenty of chairs at the pool and short walk to the beach. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Friends Trip

Property was very nice and close proximity to the beach. We enjoyed it because we have stayed in the condos next to the beach access before. The split houses on the property were cool and may be something we utilize in the future if we stay here again. Thanks for having such a nice property and the ease of staying here and booking!

Fantastic Labor Day

Perfect for Large families

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! It was a short walk to the beach. We loved having the guest house for the older adults to stay and have quiet time. Enough rooms for a large family. Would stay again!

Family Vacation October 2023

Our large family, adult children & grandchildren stayed a week, both the main house, with the guest house accommodated our needs. Plenty of room for cooking, the pool was a huge hit & the beach right across the street! Owners never hesitated to reply to all my questions before our stay & during our stay! Initially, our party was 6 couples so we chose this property due to space, but learned upon arrival that it was close to everything we needed. The house was well stocked with appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and beach accessories. If I am ever back in Destin, I would choose this property again.

Thanksgiving & Fishing

We met with family from KC & Orlando for a family Thanksgiving & fishing! We created a lot of memories in this house! It was perfect for the occasion! We would definitely stay there again. We did have to replace the batteries in two smoke alarms as they were going off incessantly. Overall everything else was just as described & expected!

Perfect beach house

Exactly what you would expect for the perfect week at the beach . Plenty of room for everyone , actually more room than we could use but that’s a plus ! Outside was huge area , we played cornhole all week and had plenty of room for that and whatever else the kids go into . Having the second home is a major plus .

Wedding Week

This property was perfect! We had enough room to stretch out yet we were all in the same location. Everything we needed was available in this home, from pool noodles to sand buckets to pots and pans and towels. The fact we had 2 washers and dryers was an added bonus. The proximity to the beach (1 block), restaurants and attractions was awesome. We loved these houses and would absolutely book them again. Until next time Pampano Street!!

Lovely

The house was amaZing! We truly enjoyed it. The only thing was there were a few beds that when we went to get in them had a lot of sand. We had to take the sheets off and wash them in the first night. When your check-in is at 4:00 due to the cleaning process and inspection prices before you are allowed to check-in, we should not have had to wash sheets due to sand in the beds. The house is beautiful, nice and had the room we needed! Thank you!!
