Cutest house and neighborhood!

We had 7 people and really enjoyed our stay! The home was adorable/clean/comfortable and the host was very quick to reply to any questions or concerns and was very accommodating. The whole neighborhood was just the cutest place! Lots of food options nearby (and desserts, we LOVED Bruster’s ice cream) Would absolutely book this home again in a heartbeat!

Great house and owners!

Our family of 9 had plenty of space to spread out in this house! We loved being away from the busy crowded area of Destin and yet only a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood pool was very nice and close by, and we were the only people swimming every day that we went. The house was clean and well equipped and there wasn’t anything lacking. The owner was very responsive and helpful. I feel really fortunate to have stumbled across this listing after our plans to go to a different area of Florida fell through!

Excellent property. Very special vacation.

My wife, children, and grandchildren got together for a vacation. It's an excellent place. The accommodations are everything you need and more. It's easily accessible from the beaches. Something I'd like to point out is that it's very quiet. There are no rowdy, loud parties, or antisocial behavior. It's a safe place for a family vacation. Communication with Bill is excellent. We look forward to returning. Honestly, it's hard for me to recommend anyone or anything. But without a doubt, based on my experience, this is a 120 out of 100.

Brilliant if your looking for Destin book this

Wonderful location, home had everything you need, if you have young children it has what you need as well, overall one of the best properties we have stayed at , and the process with Bill the owner and Melissa the manager were excellent. A five minute walk to beach , plenty of room for friends or family, master down , en suite in two other bedrooms . Exactly as the photos ! Can’t wait to get back here soon. Thank you Bill and Melissa
