Me and my Family absolutely loved staying here and will definitely without a doubt be back.

The condo we stayed in was very clean and warm feeling like I was at home. We loved that it had all necessary amenities, the bedrooms were big and roomy with oversized bathrooms.

Not worth the price

There were a few disappointing things about this condo that will probably prevent us from booking this unit in the future. The already pricey condo didn’t come with a complementary beach chair/umbrella setup & considering the fact that you aren’t allowed to set up in front of either of their 2 rows or have any sort of canopy, just not paying for the rental chairs for the year for your guests is just cheap. The towels & bedding left much to be desired as far as comfort goes & the floor left my son’s white socks black on the first night after our arrival. Kid friendly additions (high chair, crib, pack & play, dinnerware suitable for children, etc) would also allow for a more comfortable stay for families. Location is great, and convenience to & from the beach was limited to what you could carry but driving anywhere was fine. Overall very meh experience.

Spacious and well equipped

We enjoyed our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo which was spacious enough for a large family or guests. The kitchen was well equipped and had most everything we needed to prepare meals. The large balcony was great for taking in the beautiful view of the gulf or reading a book.

Don't have high hopes

It was very bad experience on our arrival only and going to the room the condition from outside only put us into worry what we r gonna find inside Master restroom door lock didn't work Kitchen sink cabinet was broken with shelf sitting on floor No centre curtain in the living room Other bedroom no toilet paper rod paper was left on the counter and bedroom power outlet not working and list goes on but all in all plz select some better place instead of spending so hiked price here

Great place for us!

We love staying at Sterling Shores and have for several years now. 701 was very nice and it fit our needs with three bedrooms and three baths. There was a nice selection of pans to cook and enough plates, glasses, utensils for us to enjoy. The cushions at the dining table need to be replaced. Not a big deal, but they were in bad shape. We had to move the couch to retrieve a toy and we don't think it had been swept under all season. Small details, but worth considering. Other than things easily fixed, 701 was a great place for our vacation.

Helped make great memories!

Booking and check-in - no problems. Received property information timely. The property manager checked in to see if all was ok. Any problem was fixed timely. Only one star deducted for sofa-bed sheets, which had rust stains, like it had not been used in a while. This was resolved. No safe or lockbox in room either. No other problems. Good and uneventful stay on this property.

Nice condo

We loved the condo. Very spacious and clean. Beds were great too. One of the rooms was huge. The only disappointment was the pool. Needs to be updated and cleaned better. If I could I would rate the room 4.5.

Beautiful place not to pleased with support( YOUNG MAN UP FRONT WAS PRETTY SNOTTY)

Every night the king bed slats fell out , due to not having a support like most KING BEDS have in the middle( I GEUSS I SHOULD HAVE WENT TO LOWES), not enough HOT WATER to run ONE TUB OF WATER IN THE JACUZZI TUB!!!!!!! Called the front desk, they sent Maintenance while we were out eating dinner and nothing changed, that night about 2AM BAM!!! hit the floor again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't usually send reviews but after receiving 2 Emails, I figured it was a sign to let the owner know what they were paying their maintenance fees for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awesome Condo with views!

We loved the condo. It had everything we needed. The beach was awesome. Plus we had the bonus of reserved beach chairs with an umbrella. Definitely recommend!❤️
