October Stay

Positive: Bed was king and comfortable, plenty of bath towels, clean, outdoor chairs on patio were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, close to garbage chute, TV in bedroom easy to use. Negative: Dining table and chairs not comfortable or as pictured (very small unpadded set), wished there would have been hooks or hall tree to hang beach bags/jackets, outdoor pool was not heated and very cold.

Came for a week. Was looking for beach front so great location wise. Place was clean just not really many extra amenities (i.e., no oil, salt/pepper, not much toilet paper) but that’s not a huge deal.

302 was a nice place to stay for a small family. The location is perfect. Open the sliding doors and you hear and see the ocean! Didn't love the musty smell, but hard to avoid that on the ocean. Place was neat and clean and front desk staff was extremely nice.

A wonderful time

Our stay was fabulous as they all are. The staff is courteous and friendly. The restaurant has some good food and drinks and the gift shop has everything you need for the beach. The unit was clean and fresh, very comfortable, large tv screen in the living room. Enjoyed overlooking the beach. Had a great stay.

We are not picky but there was some renovation beeing done so thwre was constant noise Unit was ok but toilets where making a lot of noises when flashed and took for ever to be ready for use Overol property could be little more cleaner

Misleading Accommodations

Booked this place specifically to be on the beach and have a balcony. When I arrived, found out construction was going on and all balconies were closed. Although I received multiple emails ahead of my stay this was not communicated at all. Staff, including manager, were very dismissive and didn’t want to take any responsibility for their communication break down. Won’t stay here again.

We loved this resort. It's in a great location. The beach is beautiful. Our entire stay was wonderful. We traveled alone but plan to return with our children because it's a great place for a family vacation as well!

Choose a different unit

The room itself had a horrible sewage smell. We notified management and housekeeping came up and brought Lysol and sprayed the room and air filter. We went out to the beach but when we came back the smell was like a smack in the face. Management was able to move us to a different room that night but we had to move again the following day because that unit was booked for the next few nights. It was a pain to move around but they were nice about it and tried very hard to make us happy. Diane was super helpful! I will definitely stay here again but not in 302.

Destin Vacation

My husband and I spent 4 nights in this cozy condo and really enjoyed the property. There were 2 bathrooms and we were expecting one. Beach access and views were great! There were only a couple of negative points. The TV in the living room was so difficult to operate we had to get instructions from staff there at the property and that person even struggled with the remote. Secondly, the air conditioning unit was loud. Overall, it was a nice property.
