Room condition

Overall the room was good. The fridge had broken pieces left and had to be taken out so it didn’t hurt anyone. The stove burners didn’t all work and you had to keep doing trial and error to see which could be used. The stainless pans look great but non stick would be better. One kitchen chair doesn’t have the seat attached by any screws and you have to be careful when you sit. View was excellent and enough space for the 6 that stayed.

Loved our stay

Building was beautiful and always so clean. Staff was very friendly. We absolutley loved our stay and will definitely stay again. Only thing I could say about unit is it could use a paint job, peeling paint.

Great hotel

Hotel, location was great. The room was a bit dated but we used it strictly for sleeping and eating lunch. The beds…… sucked but the view and layout made up for it. The pools were great the beach was very clean. We had friends who came and enjoyed the beach with us and they all said our hotel was WAY better than theirs. Will be coming back to this resort for sure,

We had a great time on our trip. Employees were friendly and helpful. The only negative to the trip was the construction that was going on. Would have been much easier getting in and out if the entrance to the front door from the parking lot had not been blocked off

Location is the great!

The location was great when traveling with small kids! Everything is nearby. Condo itself needs a little updating but we didn’t spend much time there so it was fine. AC is loud, but after a day at the beach we were so tired that we didn’t hear it! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Great, amazing view! Condo had everything you need, perfect for a family vacation. Condo building itself does need some updating. But overall was perfect for us. We have stayed in the same resort before so we knew what to expect. Good deal for the money. Cannot beat the location!

Good Time!

My family and I had a good time at this resort. We definitely enjoyed the easy access to the beach, shops/malls, & mostly the food/bar within the resort. Our only complaints was that the AC ducts/vents in the ceiling were leaking water on the kitchen & living room floor. Also, we encountered a roach in the bathroom. Other than that, the room was fitting for my family.

We loved the ocean front view. Condo is comfortable for a couple and 2 children. Loved the bunk beds in the hall! The kitchen needs some attention. The stove had some burners not working and the coffee maker didn’t work for us. Grateful we could get coffee downstairs at the gift shop in the mornings.

Room was switched, had a view of mainly the parking lot but what was worse was that it was a dark secluded area in construction. I never received any calls about this issue until I checked in at the property. It was chaos when it was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. The manager was never available. had I know this, I would have made other arrangements.

Very dirty and outdated condo

This condos pictures were very deceiving. Stains on furniture, gross, outdated, not very clean. I would not stay here again I will say it had a nice view.

Great Location very disappointing condo

This condo needs renovated badly it is tore up. The furniture has stains and wore out , the toilet seats were discolored and tore up, it smelled, knicks all over the walls; doors; woodwork, looked like it hadn’t been painted since it was built. I would never stay here again the condo did have a beautiful view.

The condo needs updated but was clean and had everything we needed. The beach chair guy was a little rude because we had moved a couple chairs later in the day 🙄 but overall had a great time. The laundry situation was also a little annoying trying to get quarters and only having one washer and dryer per floor. Just some constructive feedback 😁

Tiny condo. The bedroom didn’t even have room to walk around the bed. The kitchen was only big enough for one person at a time. The pull out was so thin my disabled mother could feel every bar in her back. I couldn’t let her sleep in the bedroom because of there not being room to walk around the bed. Couches were dirty. Did not like that I wasn’t told I couldn’t have my own chairs and umbrellas before hand. Had to pay over $500 to sit on the beach using items I already had. Not handicap accessible. My mother fell twice trying to get up and down stairs. Really hard to get into and out of the parking lot. Parking is terrible. Construction still going on yet the place still looks like it’s from the 80s. Apparently they have been updating but can not tell. Will not stay here again.

Great Location

We would stay in this unit again. We've been coming to the SunDestin for years, and we love it. This unit was a little drab and dated, but over all quite nice. It could be a lot better with some bright colors and updated furniture. That said it is still a great unit, and I wouldn't let that deter me from the unit. Pros: Clean. Bunks in the wall. Location. Cons: The patio furniture was inadequate. I had to log into work for a bit in the mornings an had to do it from inside because the tables outside were tiny cheap plastic. Looking at the other balconies, this one fell short.

Not what I had hoped for.

This property wasn’t terrible, but definitely had its flaws. The coffee pot didn’t work, and leaked all over the floor. There was no washer and dryer in the room. The internet and tv in the bedroom did not work. The wifi only worked towards the balcony and living room. You will have to wait atleast 15 min to get on the elevator.

View was incredible! Condo was clean but needed some updating. Has everything you need. Master bedroom was a little small to get around but we made it work. Overall a great deal for our family! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Would recommend!
