Loved the location and the unit! So close to the white sand beach, the amenities were great too, too bad our unit didn't come with laundry. Bed was good, we got partial view of the beach, and partial view of the city, so beautiful. Definitely recommend!

I have so many nice things to say about this unit-I don’t know where to start! Unit was clean, bed comfortable, view amazing, location perfect and convenient to everything! No detail spared-full access kitchen amazing!!!!we will definitely rent through them again

The stairs to the beach were hard for my husband with a "bum" leg and my pregnant self. This place is meant for fit folks. Otherwise it was nice. Hard to get in and out of with traffic but that's destin for you.

Love the location!

Wonderful location, I love being high up & being able to look over the gulf at night and seeing the moon gleaming on the water. The unit was nice but it does need a few repairs/replacements. The right arm on the recliner is ripped showing the foam inside also the coffee table has one leg that is just hanging on and the table itself is scratched up really bad.

Price has went up , and I wasn't told we couldn't get extra towels like we had in years past , that was a little bit of an inconvenience, we wasn't gave many for a famliy of 4 and was told to wash the ones we had, ,I don't like wasting vacation time to do laundry, only one smoking area, the restaurant in the lobby closes early, but location is good ,and its clean

Nice property and pleasant staff

My daughter(21) and I decided on a last minute getaway during her spring break week. We arrived early (11am) and we were notified our unit was ready around 1:30pm. This was a pleasant surprise considering check-in wasn't until 4pm. The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant and professional. The bartender at the Pelican Beach cafe/restaurant as well as the young men handling the beach chair rentals were all pleasant and professional. Our room was clean but the furnishings were a bit dated and some items needed repair/cleaning. Our view was from the side of the building but we could view the ocean unobstructed. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The only negative is there was no washing machine/dryer in the unit; however, there was a community laundry room on our floor.

Never Again

This place just nickeled and dimed you for everything. Its ridiculous not to have linen service but be told we need to use a community washer and dryer since the condo did not provide. Then the idea that you are helping the residence with selling of ice - 3.50 for 10 lb bag - right down the street you can get 20 lb bag of ice for 2.00 One of the elevators was broken and there was a long line for people to use it and the service staff took up 2 elevators with their carts instead of waiting for the line to draw down. The night crew behind the desk was just unprofessional - talking behind a mask, behind a piece of plastic glass and then having the fans running on the floor - you could not hear anything and they then got an attitude when you kept asking them to repeat themselves. I can assure you we will never stay there again.
