SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. Amenities remain open and fully available for guest use.



Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. We want to ensure you're informed in advance so you can plan your stay accordingly.

Parking in the main lot may be limited, especially after hours. Each one- and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

SunDestin Unit 1514 is a vibrant one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. Cool off midst shades of sorbet in the open-concept living/dining unit with plenty of room for all! Cozy up on the couch or cushy side chairs and enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV. You’ll find the abundance of counter space in the fully-appointed kitchen makes meal prep quick and easy. Enjoy meals at the dining table with seating for four or on the balcony, directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Settle in for the night on the sleeper sofa in the living room or in the private master suite, which houses a king-sized bed, flat screen television, and en suite bathroom for added convenience. You’ll find the miles of pristine coastline and waterways in Destin lend themselves to endless days of snorkeling, paddle boarding, and kayaking. Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
