Great location

Great location ! House was clean and up to date. Would definitely stay here again. Did a great job on the remodel of this home. The only downside is the neighbors junk /trash in the front & rear of his unit.

Great Vacation Home

This property offers a large group a clean, welcoming, and fun rental close to everything in Destin! The size of the rooms were great. The smart TV’s were an added bonus. The decks and hot tub were great and gave us the water view that we wanted. You have two beach access points within a half mile or so, which are walkable or you can drive and park along the street. It’s only a 10 minute drive to Harborwalk Village and an even shorter boat ride via water taxi. I’d recommend this property to anyone visiting Destin.

Last Minute Family Gettaway

Decided to take our grandkids & young nephews to Destin before school started. Brought our boat so we could go to Crab Island everyday. When we pulled up, I’m not gonna lie, I Was a little worried. But once inside, it has been totally updated and in very good taste. I like the downstairs bedrooms for the adults & upstairs for kids. Kitchen is kinda cramped but functional enough if the kids sit on the other side of bar. Nice spacious seating areas outside upstairs & downstairs too. Also, a very nice covered boat slip, which is the main reason we rent this unit! Unfortunately, the owners boat stays parked there even when unit is rented out, so we were required to use an uncovered floating dock behind it. Not to stable with children. We managed but the boat slip is 100% misrepresented in the listing. Oh the other detail they leave out is you can’t park your boat trailer at the unit either. However, Ellen at the property management company was EXTREMELY helpful. She was more than willing to direct me to the boat launch and the storage facility next door to launch that will store your trailer for $40 per day. That was very convenient. A very BIG THANK YOU Ellen!!
