Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was wonderful. The home we rented had everything we needed. Was just like being at home. The community pool was great, all the kids enjoyed it. Beach was in walking distance. Plenty of shopping nearby for everything a family needs. Would definitely stay there again.

Over all the house was as pictured. Good cook wear selection. The floors were so dirty our feet were black from walking on it. I even took pictures. I can’t speak for the other mattresses in the house but the one on the first floor was horrible.

The pool area was great and it had a short walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend staying here. There was only one issue. The beds need changed. Everything in this place was high end, the beds need to match. I also own a VRBO type rental property and it’s sometimes not always known when issues pop up. Well I’m giving you a heads up. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We’ll definitely come back, just change the beds. Lol

However,The living room furniture and mattresses were pretty old and worn. The location by the beach was great and the pool area was big.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was beautiful. There was plenty of room for 9 of us to have our own space. The neighborhood was convenient to everything and having a ride to and from the beach each day was so helpful. The pool area was nice, but the water was so hot you couldn’t enjoy it. I’ve experienced the same at other properties in Destin. The only issue we had was the oven wasn’t working properly but that didn’t interfere with our vacation much. I made the rental company aware and they will be getting it fixed. We would definitely stay here again and we would definitely recommend Frangista. They were very helpful and communicated everything we needed to know during our stay.

Another master upstairs with washer & dryer for your guests upstairs. We rented beach chair setup and a golf cart. Parked our cars for the week and traveled by golf cart. Centrally located home in a nice gated neighborhood.
