Beautiful spacious condo

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo. Though. It had everything we needed but was a little short on forks so we went and bought some at the Dollar Tree. The swimming pool was beautiful. We loved the tickets to all the different excursions excursions and the beach was wonderful peryou're a full.

Perfect location and easy beach access

Condo had great view of the Gulf. Access to the beach was easy and quick. Best part was the chair set up configuration. Everyone has a view of the water with the U shaped config.

We were basically pleased with Jade East condo. There were a few things that really need attention like the washer and dryer the washer bumps and knocks around with every load regardless of size and the dryer has some issues. I’m giving a low rating because the furniture in the living room/dining area is very outdated wicker chairs are shedding and cloth furniture is dirty. The bedding/comforter in the master bedroom is outdated and was not clean there were food stains from previous guests. The entire unit needs a face lift. I love the location everything is right around you there’s no need to go anywhere else it’s the perfect location!!

We are very disappointed with this unit. Stayed here last year and it was so pristine, decided to rent it again. This year, so many things don’t work; garbage disposal, bathroom outlet, microwave, light fixture in bathroom, refrigerator shelf, etc. Floors are gritty and overall cleanliness is not what I would expect for the price we paid. We will be moving on next year.
