「We had a wonderful stay overall. Customer service and cleanliness are my top priorities when traveling, and this hotel delivered on both. 「My family of four had a wonderful time at the Pelican Reef Villa. Elsa and the bartenders were wonderful. They helped us to arrange everything from transportation to other reservations. The resort was beautiful and well maintained. We had a 3 bedroom villa that gave us a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean. All the people that we met in Belize were wonderful. The Island was a little expensive for routine purchases, but it could be due to the fact that it is an Island; supply and demand....

「When I checked in I was given a different room than I booked. The room was nicer than my original room but did not have the kitchenette I was planning on using so that complicated things a bit. Also the rooftop terrace was not in the same condition that was shown online and after around 4pm each day I could not access it as I did not usage a key that would work. The shower and tub also did not have hot water.」

「The staff was so welcoming and helpful. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. This is a very low key place with a nice outdoor seating area. Breakfast is home cooked, plentiful and delicious. Quiet neighborhood.」

One of our favourite parts of the property was the dock, spent many days fishing and swimming. We saw sting rays and nurse sharks swim right under us! Amazing island! 「This property was simply amazing. It was nice quiet tucked away but not to far from the party. The property staff were amazing from the time I booked until the time we departed. They assisted us to back and forth to beach complementary a back and forth to the water taxi to go on our excursions. The rooms were gorgeous just as advertised and very spacious. I will definitely be bringing my family back to just stay here and enjoy Belize.」

「This condo feels like home. The furniture is comfortable. The kitchen has the necessities. The condo is gated in a quiet neighborhood. The pool is gorgeous and perfectly maintained. The outdoor deck is set up for dining and sunning with table, bar, and lounge chairs. The mango tree adjacent to the deck area is heavy with fruit, but it is still to early to enjoy. The condo’s host is responsive and helpful. I couldn’t ask for a better home away from home!」
