布格塞拉區度假屋

「My family enjoyed everything about this property. The housekeeping and cooks were our highlights along with the great security guards that actually assist with luggage to the rooms. The breakfast is brought to your room FRESHLY MADE. Eggs, pancakes, fresh fruit, tea and coffee, toast and muffin. The only thing; the electric is ran off a prepaid card (as all of Rwanda), BUT the card ran out and I thought we were without electric until I looked around at the other rooms and seen that they had...

「The bathroom had a lot of mould on the ground as the curtain did not stop water from spilling out of the shower area. The bathroom fan did not work, and the window in the bathroom strangely opened into the hallway. Staff were nice and helpful, and the air conditioning was nice, however the bed was very hard.」

「The bed was comfortable. Linens clean. Bigger than expected for 4 adults. Very limited silverware and dishes. Tiki resturant was good. We didn't try the Asian resturant. There was an Asian market, but very small and only accepted cash. Excellent airport transfer. 」

「Okay」

「I like it, the place is very clean and nice.. it deserves the amount I paid.」

「The staff are very friendly and the apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood.」

「Received one actual key and room furniture were old but room was clean. After figuring out the water heater, shower was ok but door missing so water went everywhere in the bathroom. Toiletries were available. No AC so they brought a fan.」
