"Staff was friendly, rooms were well kept and clean.Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. Nothing to write home about. Parking was limited, it was a busy weekend I think. The location and area leav a lot to be desired but for the price it was a trade off. "

"Staff were very helpful even before our stay. The breakfast offers quick options as well as made to order omelets. Our suite was a great value."

"For a new hotel it isn't very well maintained. The shower is the worst I have ever used, no water pressure. We were on the 3rd floor and the only ice machine was on the 1st floor. Elevators were dirty, I cleaned up some water I spilled by bath sink and the rag was filthy. They have self serve washer and dryers but they didn't have any way for you too get change too use them."

"This place has obviously not been very well maintained. The room was cleanish but looked very lived in and kind of run down. There was no ice machine and no pool. And the environment was a loud one, especially at night."

"Run down property. Extremely dirty room, bathroom and shower. Front desk personnel were adequate with check in & check out but not polite, friendly or helpful in any way. Would not recommend this property unless you have no other choice at similar price point / accommodations. "

"My wife was having a rough week and I wanted to provide her a nice get away for a few days. I figured a hotel walking distance from Mellow Mushroom and a close drive to several shopping centers. She could not say many nice things about the place. She stated that the room was not clean when she first checked in. She stated that the breakfast was a minimal option. She stated that the beds were uncomfortable. This is why I should've stuck to my guns and stayed at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott. Marriott would've never disappointed me like this."
