"I itially book a room for myself and my wife for the first night and just myself the second night. I extended my solo stay for an additional night and my wife rejoined me for a fourth night. Obviously we were very pleased with all aspects of the hotel and will continue to stay there in the future. "

"Whenever I'm in Naga City I stay at the Nagaland Hotel. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the dining room serves a good breakfast "

"The staff at Bernese Resort was very friendly and promptly attended to our needs. Staff were cleaning all the time , they’ve been there since place started operation.The kitchen staff were so nice , even served us our favorite breakfast on our last day.My only complaint is there’s no place for us to put our bathroom supplies but overall I will recommend the resort."

"Having a mall as part of the building is very convenient for getting grocery items and other small things. Staff very helpful and friendly, front desk and especially the doormen."

"First night ni wifi access to the TV, was able to change room, 2nd day No buffet breakfast instead ordererable breakfast due to lack of guest, last day run out of breakfast meal options had to wait to get more food for the buffet, should have receptionist when having buffet breakfast for easy management of guest and able to anticipate how much more food can be served, need morr staff to handle large group of guest at a time."

"I love this hotel. I would go back. No swimming pool which is okay because we were out most of the time. I did not see nearby establishments here. It was a comfortable stay. "
